DESIGN CONCEPTUALISATION - PROTOTYPING -  AUGMENTED REALITY TOOLS

Project Fusion
- Reinventing the portable BBQ

Project Fusion marked Beefeater’s first ground-up redesign in the portable BBQ segment, fully embracing Electrolux’s Human Touch design philosophy.

We conducted deep market research—analyzing competition, retail presence, packaging, unboxing, assembly, and long-term usability. A detailed part count analysis ensured cost efficiency, strengthening the business case.

For the first time, we integrated Microsoft Hololens into our process, accelerating development with 1:1 3D visualization before committing to full-scale models.

Despite strong innovation, CAPEX reductions have delayed production—but the groundwork remains a benchmark for future designs
